A House Built Around a Tree

A house that blends into the forest. The creator of the architectural firm A.Mason Architects and A.Masow Design Studio created the project “Tree in the house”, a house built around a tree. “We want to make it clear that it is not necessary to destroy half a hectare of forest to build a small house for a family,” says Aibek Almassov.

He developed this concept with a metal structure and transparent solar panels to provide heat and electricity. As for the water, it will be purified and renewed, while the rainwater, also purified, will be used for bathing. Each floor will also have a ventilation system to preserve the air of the house and that of the tree.
